IDC was formed in Apr 2004, after the company's founder, Ian Dodds, saw a gap in the diversity and inclusion (D&I) consultancy market. He recognised the need for a company that used its expertise and experience to help organisations formulate their D&I strategies, making them deliver real added business value supported by culture-change methodology.
